Darek and my brother-in-law AJ decided to make everybody omelets for breakfast! With the large amount of people in the family now, this was no small undertaking.

Actually 6 hours later, AJ was still making omelets and I’d been hanging out in the living room for a few hours.
first of all, AJ IS funny….true. And omelets take forever to make, but are YUMMY. Darek makes good ones, I can attest to that.
