These cookies are YUM. You take a cake mix, mix it with 2 eggs and something like 1/3 cup of oil, and drop it in spoonfuls onto a baking sheet to bake them in the oven. They turn out to be soft, yummy cookies. We used a spice cake mix and cream cheese frosting. I put them out at a party and they were devoured instantly. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the cookies to show you, but here are the ingredients:

Some of the best cookies I have ever had. Very easy to make, too. Try them. You’ll like them.

may 1 – 7

July 12th, 2009

may and june were busy. the first week of may, i had a variety of photoshoots nearly every day. i felt like a real photographer.

may 1: wedding rehearsal at a country club in fort worth

may 2: wedding

may 3: jalapeno plant in our backyard

may 4: my friends agreed to let me do a “practice shoot” to work on new lighting techniques

may 5: i attempted a commercial shoot. it was weird.

may 6: bridal portraits

may 7: no scheduled shoots, so i took a picture of the clock in our kitchen

guess it’s time for more pictures. i’ve been a real slacker lately, in shooting and posting (well, except for all the massive amounts of shooting & posting i’ve been doing for other people who pay me). but my own stuff has gotten pushed to the side. these pictures all feel like such a long, long time ago. like maybe someone else borrowed my camera while i was asleep.

april 24: at a lighting workshop

april 25: second day of the lighting workshop

april 26: a rose in the backyard

april 27: experimenting on my rings with some tips from the lighting workshop

april 28-29: nothing

april 30: tomatoes in our backyard

april stats: 30 days, 20 pictures.
