may 15: as i was driving into lubbock, the wind went crazy. i thought maybe it was the end of the world. not a great shot, but all i got:
may and june were busy. the first week of may, i had a variety of photoshoots nearly every day. i felt like a real photographer.
may 1: wedding rehearsal at a country club in fort worth 
may 2: wedding
may 3: jalapeno plant in our backyard 
may 4: my friends agreed to let me do a “practice shoot” to work on new lighting techniques
may 5: i attempted a commercial shoot. it was weird. 
may 6: bridal portraits
may 7: no scheduled shoots, so i took a picture of the clock in our kitchen 
guess it’s time for more pictures. i’ve been a real slacker lately, in shooting and posting (well, except for all the massive amounts of shooting & posting i’ve been doing for other people who pay me). but my own stuff has gotten pushed to the side. these pictures all feel like such a long, long time ago. like maybe someone else borrowed my camera while i was asleep.

for a couple of weeks in april, our house was absolutely full of flowers. it was awesome.
